Delivery
Want it delivered?
To make it easy for you, we will pre-fill your address as the delivery address for a new order. Of course, you can adjust this address and have your order delivered to your workplace, friends, or family. Simply add a different address when reviewing your details. We will then ensure your order reaches the correct destination.
When will my order be shipped?
If you order before 4:30 PM on weekdays, your order will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Will I receive notifications when my order has been shipped?
Yes, absolutely! As soon as the shipment is created, you will receive an immediate email notification. During the shipping process, the carrier will keep you directly informed about the status of the package. You can easily track your package via Track & Trace and view the expected delivery time.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time for your package is generally fixed. However, exceptions such as public holidays and ad hoc delays with the carrier may lead to slight delays. Is your delivery address in a remote area? Please allow for at least one extra business day.

You can search for an item using our search bar at the top right:
1) Enter a term.
2) Optionally specify the category (e.g., tents).
3) Click search.
What are the shipping costs for returns?
Shipping costs are for your own account.

iDEAL — Pay directly via your Dutch bank.
Bancontact — Secure online payment for Belgian customers.
Sofort Banking — Direct bank transfer for European customers.

Can I cancel an order?
Since we process and ship orders placed before 4:30 PM on weekdays immediately, it is usually no longer possible to cancel an order after it has been placed. If you order during the weekend, we will process your order on Monday, and you can contact us immediately after placing your order to see if we can still cancel it in time.
How quickly will I be refunded after cancellation?
Once we have processed your cancellation request, a refund period of 14 calendar days applies.
Exchanges, returns, and warranty
Can I exchange my item(s)?
Yes, you may do so if the item is incomplete, damaged, or defective within 7 days of package arrival. This can be done free of charge within the warranty period.
Can I return my item(s)?
When returning an item, you must always state your order number so that we can process the return quickly and correctly.
When purchasing products online, you have the option to cancel the purchase without giving a reason for 14 calendar days. This period starts the day after receipt of the item. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you can return the product with all supplied accessories and – if possible – in its original condition and packaging. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, only the shipping costs for the return will be at your own expense.
Received incorrect or defective item
Should you unexpectedly receive a defective or incorrect product, you can report this via team@mooiys.com Any shipping costs for returning the item will be at our expense.
Your Purchase Amount
We will refund your purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 calendar days. This also includes any shipping costs incurred for the return, if the error lies with us.
Return Address
You can return your items using the return form.
What are the repair costs for my item?
Within the warranty conditions, you do not have to pay anything. If the damage falls outside the warranty, you will receive a price quote before the repair is carried out. You can always refuse this. If you agree, we will try to repair the item as quickly as possible.
Do I have a warranty on my items at Mooiys.com?
Yes, from the moment you purchase the item, there is a 1-year warranty. At mooiys.com, your invoice serves as proof of warranty.
