When will my order be shipped?

If you order before 5 PM on weekdays, your order will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

When returning an item, you must always state your order number so that we can process the return quickly and correctly.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you can return the product with all supplied accessories and – if possible – in its original condition and packaging. We will refund your purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 calendar days. This also includes any shipping costs incurred for the return, if the error lies with us.

You can return your items using the return form.

Within the warranty conditions, you do not have to pay anything. If the damage falls outside the warranty, you will receive a price quote before the repair is carried out. You can always refuse this. If you agree, we will try to repair the item as quickly as possible.
