If you wish to return an article, you must always state your order number, so that we can process the return quickly and correctly.

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, you can return the product with all delivered accessories and - if possible - in its original condition and packaging. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, only the shipping costs of the return will be for your account.

In the unlikely event that you have received a defective or wrong product, please report it to team@mooiys.com Any shipping costs for returning the product will be at our expense.
Your purchase amount
We will refund your purchase amount as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 calendar days. As well as the shipping costs incurred when returning the product, if the fault lies with us.

What is the repair cost for my item?
Within the warranty terms, you don't have to pay anything. If the damage does fall out of warranty, you will receive a quote before the repair is carried out. You can always refuse. If you agree, we will try to repair the item as quickly as possible.
